Which package length is right for you?

7–9 days: one or two regions done well — for example Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, or Saigon, the Mekong Delta and a beach.
10–12 days: north, centre and south with two internal flights; the most popular choice for a first trip.
14–16 days: the same route without rushing, plus Sapa, a beach or the Mekong Delta overnight.

How much does a Vietnam tour package cost?

Five-star hotels, peak dates such as Christmas and Tet, and smaller groups raise the price; larger families lower it per person.

What is included in a Vietnam vacation package?

On our packages: hotels with breakfast, a private English-speaking guide in each region, a private car and driver, the domestic flights in the itinerary, entrance fees, boat trips and cruises, the meals listed, service charges and VAT. International flights, visas, travel insurance, most lunches and dinners, drinks and tips are not included.

Are Vietnam tour packages from the USA cheaper if I book in Vietnam?

Not usually for a multi-stop trip. Booking with a licensed operator in Vietnam cuts out a foreign middleman, but the real savings come from good planning: the right hotels, fewer one-night stops and booking flights and Halong Bay cabins two to six months ahead. Short day tours, on the other hand, are often cheaper booked locally.

Can I customize a Vietnam tour package?

Yes — every package on this page is private and tailor-made, so the itinerary is a starting point. You can change the dates, hotels, pace, number of days and activities, add a beach, Sapa or Cambodia, or remove anything that does not interest you. The price is recalculated and itemised for you.

Do international flights come with the package?

No. We book the domestic flights inside Vietnam, which are part of the package price, and can advise on international routes, but you book your flights to Vietnam yourself so you keep full control of airlines, miles and changes.

How far ahead should I book a Vietnam tour package?

Three to six months ahead is ideal. Book earlier for Christmas, New Year and Tet (late January or February), and for February–April and October–December, when the best hotels and Halong Bay cruise cabins fill first.
