At 8:00 AM, your driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. After a 1.5-hour drive to Dong Nai Province, you’ll bike through rubber plantations to Nam Cat Tien sub-forest. Enjoy the park’s beauty along a scenic dirt track by the Dong Nai River. For a bit of challenge, ride through hills to Ta Lai Village before heading to the park headquarters. In the evening, take a jeep tour to see wild animals and stay overnight.

During the dry season, you’ll ride around 2 km into Dak-Lua, exploring the lush eco-system with diverse forests. You’ll encounter flora like the Ficus benjamina family and some giant trees in Cat Tien. After a short trek, continue to sub-Nam Cat Tien Park and have lunch before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City in a minivan. In the wet season, enjoy a 2-hour trek with stunning views and bird watching. Following your biking trip from the park’s center to Madagui, have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon, arriving around 5:30 PM.

We didn't worry about anything and the stay met our expectations. The first day we visited the Mekong Delta by boat (Ben Tre and Can Tho) with many tastings. We spent the night in a 4 star hotel with swimming pool in Can Tho. The next day we visited the floating market on the Mekong (coffee on a shopping boat and breakfast at the hotel). In the afternoon we were taken by taxi to a port near Soc Trang which allowed us to take the boat early the next day to go to the island of Con Dao. It is a magnificent island where we were able to hike and enjoy the beautiful views. A great stay, thank you Stephen
