Depart Hanoi at 8:00 AM for a scenic drive to Binh Lieu, a beautiful mountain area on the China-Vietnam border. After arriving, check in at your farmstay in Cao Son, surrounded by gardens and mountain views.
In the afternoon, enjoy an easy trek through anise forests to visit Dzao villages and experience local culture. Savor a home-cooked dinner with traditional dishes and rice whiskey.

After breakfast, get ready for an exciting day in Binh Lieu. You’ll be taken to Song Mooc, a Dao village in a beautiful valley. Explore the village and its unique culture before visiting the Song Mooc Waterfalls, a hidden gem in the jungle.
Next, enjoy a thrilling trek along buffalo trails through anise and cinnamon forests, passing charming villages with terraced fields and rolling mountains. The trail will lead you to another village where you’ll have a home-cooked lunch.
In the afternoon, take on a challenging trek through bamboo forests to find a pristine waterfall. This difficult trek allows you to enjoy the untouched beauty of the jungle and mountains.
Return to the farmstay for a relaxing evening and a delicious dinner by the fire. Spend the night in a cozy tent, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.

Wake up to the peaceful sounds of nature in Binh Lieu and enjoy the breathtaking view of the mist-covered mountains.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Huc Dong, where you’ll explore the stunning Khe Van Waterfalls, one of Binh Lieu’s natural wonders. The waterfall, standing at 100 meters, cascades in three tiers, forming crystal-clear blue lakes at the base, with emerald waters flowing over the rocks – a truly spectacular sight.
Take your time to explore the waterfall and its surroundings. If you wish, climb to the upper level for a panoramic view of the falls from above.
Next, continue your journey to Halong City, where you’ll board a boat around 12:30 PM for a memorable cruise on the stunning Halong Bay.

We didn't worry about anything and the stay met our expectations. The first day we visited the Mekong Delta by boat (Ben Tre and Can Tho) with many tastings. We spent the night in a 4 star hotel with swimming pool in Can Tho. The next day we visited the floating market on the Mekong (coffee on a shopping boat and breakfast at the hotel). In the afternoon we were taken by taxi to a port near Soc Trang which allowed us to take the boat early the next day to go to the island of Con Dao. It is a magnificent island where we were able to hike and enjoy the beautiful views. A great stay, thank you Stephen
