Vietnam & Cambodia Private Tour

Hi Stephen, we are home and all good. Was going to email you, we have to praise the four guides and drivers, they were all fantastic! In order of our meeting them, Loc in Saigon, Sary in Siem Reap, Ha in Hanoi, Halong bay & Sapa and Vu in Hue & Hoi An could not have been more attentive. We learnt so much about your beautiful country plus we had fun! Your drivers were very good and we always felt safe. Our accommodation was excellent but we were very lucky in Sapa, the day we left they had to close because they had run out of water! We were very spoilt with the Grand Hotel in Saigon, very very nice. We would not hesitate recommending you to anyone wanting to see Vietnam & Cambodia, the only thing we would change would be the time. Winter would be better for us? It was very hot. My husband and two children (ages 8 & 13) took an Asian cruise with three stops in Vietnam. We hired Stephen and his team for private tours for each of those stops. We also brought people from our cruise to two of them. There were just the 4 of us at the first tour, 7 on the second one, and 20 for the last tour. Everyone loved the tours, guides, and meals! We can not say enough about Stephen and the amazing customer service he offered us. First of all, he was very fast to get back to us throughout the planning as well as on the days of the tours. He was completely amenable to customizing each tour with my specific requests of what we wanted to see and do. Our drivers at your guided met us on time and exactly where they said they would at each of our three cruise ports (Saigon/Mekong Delta, Da Nang/Hoi An, and Halong Bay). The transportation was clean and reliable, the guides were lovely and a pleasure to spend the day with, and the food was delicious on each of the tours! We wouldn’t change a thing- Stephen’s tours were a highlight of our Asia trip!
