Wildlife adventure exploration to Cat Tien National Park by bike

This enormous park comprises forest, swamp and huge areas of natural green beauty which is home to hundreds of species of bird and mammal. A mere 3-hour transfer from Ho Chi Minh, you’ll find the park just to the north of Dong Nam Bo, including the south of Tây Nguyên. In Cat Loc, you might be lucky enough to encounter one of the last remaining Javan rhinoceroses, but there are a plethora of species to observe, including tigers, elephants and golden-cheeked gibbons. If you’re interested in birds, this is one of the world’s most diverse parks, with species including Germain’s peacock pheasant, bar-bellied pitta and the rare orange-necked partridge.

Saigon to Hanoi by bike

This is one of our most popular trips – it includes all the best components of a solid trip to Vietnam. You’ll be able to see beaches, villages, countryside, and traditional rice fields. We recently started a brand-new route that also includes visiting the Phong Nha cave region for three days and nights. Currently, the trip travels from Saigon to Hanoi. The purpose of this trip is to show you the diverse countryside of this beautiful nation. You’ll see mountains, beaches, and some of the most scenic rice fields in the region. Best of all, the locals are extremely friendly and you’ll be able to engage with them throughout your journey. The trip will start in Saigon and take the traditional cycling path to Hanoi – these are two of the largest cities in the country. But don’t worry, we travel between some quiet and beautiful countryside along the way. We keep the driving to the bare minimum – you’ll cycle for most of the trip. We spent weeks finding the best routes and stopping points so that you can enjoy a seamless trip! Not only will you see some of the most beautiful sites in the country, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful seafood and stay in some of the country’s most luxurious hotels!

Explore The Cu Chi Tunnels by bike & boat

To get to the amazing countryside of Cu Chi, we left early from Saigon and when we got there, we began our cycling adventure. We passed through beautiful villages and natural scenery that comprised farmland and waterways alike. We were always off the beaten track, and we also saw an amazing monument to Buddhism – a spectacular pagoda. Once we got to Cu Chi, we found an incredible network of tunnels that stretched out for miles and went really deep. We learned that they were important during the war, when they were used as supply routes, communications bases, medical treatment, general life and weapons stores for the North Vietnamese militants. These tunnels formed the base of the Vietnamese resistance against the US, as the American troops weren’t familiar with the tunnels and couldn’t track or locate the Vietnamese fighters. Some of these tunnels are now dedicated to tourism and you can crawl around and experience what life was like – in complete safety, of course. You can also take a look at the old traps they used to use.
Anyway, after lunch, we went to the next starting point for our cycling adventure. We went along a river, enjoying the breath-taking rural scenery once again. Once we reached the end, we took a ferry across the river and finished up with a transfer back to our hotel, to conclude a truly magical experience.
